SHIPPING RATES

We offer FREE UPS and USPS Ground shipping service on continental USA orders.
We offer FREE UPS 2-Day Air Shipping on all tennis racquets over $150.

SALES TAX

Sales tax charged only if merchandise is shipped within Florida State.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We use UPS in most of our Continental USA shipments. If it is a small item, we will use the United States Postal Service.

Most orders are shipped via UPS, unless otherwise indicated. All orders shipped via UPS are trackable. For your convenience, Tennisplaza.com will e-mail your UPS tracking number and order information when your order ships.

PROCESSING
We process all orders during our regular business hours (Monday through Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time). Our order cut-off time is 12:00 pm E.T. This means orders placed after 12:00 pm ET will be processed the next business day. If there are no problems with your billing address or credit card, most orders ship out the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the next business day.
