The Babolat Pure Drive 107 takes the power-focused DNA of the Pure Drive series and injects it with a larger head size and more forgiving feel. This racquet is designed for aggressive baseline players who crave explosive power with a touch of forgiveness on off-center hits.
Unleash Your Inner Baseline Beast (with a Bigger Sweet Spot):
Powerhouse Performance: The Pure Drive 107 features a head-light balance and a stiff flex. This translates to impressive power on groundstrokes, allowing you to dictate play from the back of the court. Imagine a slightly bigger tennis catapult for your tennis ball, propelling winners deep into your opponent's territory with impressive force.
Larger Headroom for Forgiveness: The defining feature of the Pure Drive 107 is its oversized head size (107 sq. in.). This larger head size creates a bigger sweetspot, the area on the racquet that delivers powerful and controlled shots. Even if you don't connect perfectly with the ball, you'll still experience decent power and control, making the racquet more forgiving on off-center hits.
Spin to Win: Modern tennis is all about spin, and the Pure Drive 107 doesn't disappoint. An open string pattern allows for greater bite on the ball, while Babolat's FSI Power technology optimizes string spacing for a larger sweetspot. This translates to the ability to generate effective topspin, helping you control your powerful shots and keep your opponent off-balance.
Who Should Embrace the 107?
The Babolat Pure Drive 107 is ideal for:
Power with a Comfort Zone:
The Babolat Pure Drive 107 bridges the gap between the standard Pure Drive's pure power and the more forgiving feel of other racquets. The oversized head makes it easier to hit clean shots, while the stiff flex still packs a serious punch. This combination is ideal for players who want to dominate the baseline with powerful groundstrokes but also appreciate a more forgiving feel on off-center hits.
Overall, the Babolat Pure Drive 107 is a fantastic choice for aggressive baseline players who crave power with a touch of forgiveness. It's a versatile racquet that offers a comfortable feel and a larger sweetspot for more consistent performance, making it a great option for a wide range of players.

Keep a loose grip and swing with around 60% effort and the racquet will do the rest. Nice depth and pace with less effort than my previous racquets. A++ Babolat!
My nephew like it very much, the racket is light enough for his 12 years old, and the grip is perfect for his hand.

Only used for a couple weeks but I really like the feel, and seem to have more control.
I love this racquet! It has power and control in equal measure and is the standard by which I measure all others. The pros at Tennis Plaza helped me select it when I was a beginner and I advanced quickly. I've tried 5 other racquets and this one is still my favorite.
