• Most orders are processed and shipped the same day, as long as the order is placed before our cut-off time (1:00 p.m. EST). However, billing issues such as AVS mismatch, unmatched billing and/or shipping addresses, international billing address, out of stock items may delay the processing of your order. 


• Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will be processed the next business day. 


• Orders placed on saturday and sunday will not be processed until the next business day. (Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days).


• Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise indicated. For your convenience, Tennisplaza.com will e-mail your shipping confirmation, tracking number and order information when your order is processed.


• All orders are delivered by default with "no receivers signature required". If a customer wants "signature request", he/she must contact our Customer Service Department and is customer’s responsibility to have somebody sign for the package at the time of delivery. Any additional charges regarding “signature request” must be paid by the customer. 


• Shipping time frame starts from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, not from the moment the order was placed.


• Sales tax is charged only if your order is shipping within the state of Florida.
