I got these a month a go for my jiu jitsu training. I spend most of my time on my knees and the bauerfeind help me protect my them. They come with a rubberized end that holds them in place. Great compression and padding
I spent a lot of hours teaching on the tennis court, and have a bad ACL which is constantly in paint. In the morning I put icy hot, and I use this as a compression.... This thing works like magic it compresses very well, and it allows the blood to circulate. I did some research and this things were actually prescribed by Doctors before they came out into the market. This knee support is worth every penny! Just have to make sure to get the right size.
